Ralph Nader
Owner's Comments: The only thing I could finde on Ralph Nader this week was repeats of things he had said before, a Press Release with his Bio, and his travel plans.
Ron Paul: Perry's Bilderberg Attendance Proof Governor Part Of "International Conspiracy"
Texas Congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul has added his voice to those who believe Texas Governor Rick Perry should be investigated for a criminal violation of the Logan Act after he jetted off to meet with foreign elites yesterday at the Bilderberg Group conference in Istanbul.
Perry's trip to Turkey is a clear violation of the Logan Act which states that "Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both."
Please read the rest of this conspiracy geek driven drivel at: http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/june2007/010607internationalconspiracy.htm
Owner's Comments: Ron Paul is a nutcase, pure and simple. He is not a "Conservative", He is not a "Liberal" he is a nutcase. This latest trip in lala land is more than enough reason to label him unelectable and drop him from any more exposure on this site.

Senator Joe Biden: "No Surprise Crime is Up When Administration Has Repeatedly Ignored Needs of Law Enforcement"
May 31, 2007 -- BIDEN: “This Administration has failed our neighborhoods, our police departments, our communities by shortchanging the men and women who keep us safe everyday”
BIDEN: “The federal government has taken its focus off street crime since 9/11, asking law enforcement to do more with less ... fewer police on the street preventing crime and protecting communities means more crime – it's as simple that.”
Washington, DC —U.S. Senator Joseph R. Biden, Jr. (D-DE), Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs, reiterated his call to fully fund the successful COPS program in wake of new data detailing nationwide increases in murders, robberies and other felonies for a second consecutive year.

Owner's Comments: Now it's President Bush's fault that crime in Delaware is up. I suspect Senator Biden has the President confused with someone who flys around with a big red "S" on his chest.

Kucinich Files Impeachment Articles Vs. VP
(AP) Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich filed articles of impeachment Tuesday against Vice President Dick Cheney, saying his action is driven by a desire to defend Americans' right "to have a government that is honest and peaceful." The Ohio congressman said Cheney manipulated and fabricated intelligence on weapons of mass destruction to justify the Iraq war.

Owner Comments: Pure Idiocy! This Nutcase wants to impeach the VP because he disagree's with him politically. His fundamental inablility to understand the Constitution and the basic requirements for impeachment highlight the fact that he is unsuited for the Presidency. To be completely honest I think this candidate is unuited to serve as Dogcatcher!

After debate, little-known Democrat draws a crowd
by Joe Lauria, Globe Correspondent
April 28, 2007
ORANGEBURG, S.C. -- Until the first Democratic presidential debate here on Thursday night, former senator Mike Gravel campaigned in almost total obscurity since becoming the first Democrat to declare more than a year ago, in April 2006.
But all that changed with a few provocative remarks from the stage of South Carolina State University with his seven better-known rivals looking on.
He said the early leading Democratic candidates "frightened" him because they had taken nothing off the table, including nuclear weapons, for possible military action against Iran.
Please read the rest of this article at: http://www.boston.com/news/nation/articles/2007/04/28/after_debate_little_known_democrat_draws_a_crowd/
Owner Comments: I have never heard of this guy until today. I went and read some info on his web site as well as this article about him. Senator Gravel is a Surrender Monkey! He is in favor of an immediate and total withdrawl from Iraq and afraid of using military action of any kind. I would group him with Ron Paul and Ralph Nader as a Fringe Candidate

Ron Paul: The Tip of the Spear
Ron Paul is a civil constitutionalist. He supports the same ideals of peaceful, non-intervention in foreign policy and for the same reasons as did our founding fathers. (the substance of which can be reviewed in a previous article here)
But make no mistake, the founding fathers were “armed and dangerous” in response to tyranny….. and so is Ron Paul.
Please read the rest of this "Commentary" at: http://www.theconservativevoice.com/article/23880.html
Owners Comments: If you read this entire commentary, and yes I am aware of how hard it is to read that much nonsense, then you will understand just how full of fertlizer that Ron Paul and his supporters are. The very concept that our DEFENDING ourselves in the war on terror is "interventionalism" is insulting.

Paul votes against bill
March 24, 2007 - Posted at 12:00 a.m.
BY DAVID HEIBEL - VICTORIA ADVOCATE
Republican Ron Paul's "no" vote against a spending measure that passed the House on Friday was based on economics not war, while Democrats Ruben Hinojosa of Mercedes and Lloyd Doggett of Austin said "yes" to force the president to bring the troops out of Iraq by next year.
"Ron Paul has consistently voted against supplemental appropriations legislation," said Tom Lizardo, chief of staff for the Surfside Beach congressman. "The only supplemental appropriations legislation Ron Paul has ever voted for was the original appropriation in response to the 9/11 attacks for the Afghanistan effort against the Taliban. ... Both the war-related and non-war-related spending proposed by the legislation was off budget and fiscally irresponsible.

Owner Comments: Ron Paul continues to prove he is NOT a republican or a conservative. His refusal to support the War, the troops or the nation is an embarresment to the people of Texas!

Ralph Nader: Hillary's Just a 'Bad Version of Bill Clinton'
Consumer advocate Ralph Nader hinted Thursday that he would enter the presidential race in next year if Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton becomes the Democratic Party's nominee.

"Flatters, panders, coasting, front-runner, looking for a coronation ... She has no political fortitude,” Nader said of Clinton during a radio appearance when he was asked to describe the former First Lady.

Ron Paul Introduces Industrial Hemp Bill in US Congress
Texas Republican Congressman Ron Paul has filed a bill that would legalize
hemp farming in the United States. This marks the second time Rep. Paul has filed this bill, but it went nowhere in the last Congress. The bill, HR 1009, would allow domestic hemp manufacturers to buy their hemp from American producers. Currently, US law bars the production of industrial hemp, and American manufacturers have to import their hemp from other countries.

This time around, Rep. Paul has nine cosponsors, all Democrats. They are Representatives Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), Barney Frank (D-MA), Raul Grijalva (D-AZ), Maurice Hinchey (D-NY), Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), Jim McDermott (D-WA), George Miller (D-CA), Pete Stark (D-CA) and Lynn Woolsey (D-CA).

How's 'President Savage' sound to GOP?
Michael Savage, the radio talk-show host whose books at Shop.WND.com include "The Enemy Within" and "Liberalism is a Mental Disorder: Savage Solutions," says he may leave the airwaves to make a bid for the presidency.
"I would think that somebody who's not a politician might be a viable candidate," Savage said. "I know it sounds bizarre but when you consider the people running for the presidency, none … [appear] qualified," he said in an online interview.
