Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton will make her first trip to New Hampshire as a presidential candidate on Feb. 10, the same day Democratic rival Sen. Barack Obama formally announces his candidacy. Clinton had been scheduled to visit New Hampshire on Saturday and Sunday but canceled the trip because her husband's stepfather, Dick Kelley, was ill. Kelley, 91, died Wednesday in Arkansas.
